Privacy Policy
The short version
We only collect what you type into our contact form, and we use it for one thing: to reply to you about working together. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to contact@kingshopia.com.
1. Who we are
Kingshopia is a custom software brand owned and operated by Novary Dynamics Inc., a corporation formed in the State of Delaware, United States (Entity ID 10639714), in good standing. Its founder is Luis J. Elizondo A.
In this policy, "Kingshopia", "we", "us" and "our" all refer to Novary Dynamics Inc. "You" refers to any person who visits kingshopia.com or submits information to us through it.
Novary Dynamics Inc. is the data controller responsible for the information described in this policy. You can learn more about the company at novarydynamics.com.
2. Information we collect
We keep this deliberately narrow. We collect only two categories of information.
2.1 Information you give us directly
When you complete the assessment request form on our site, we collect the fields you fill in:
| Information | Required? | Why we ask for it |
|---|---|---|
| Your name | Required | So we know who we are speaking with |
| Business name | Required | To understand your company before we reply |
| Email address | Required | To send you our response |
| Phone number | Optional | Only if you would rather we call you |
| City and state | Optional | To account for time zone and local context |
| What you need | Required | To route your request to the right person |
| Your message | Required | To prepare a useful, specific answer |
If you email us or message us on Instagram or Facebook instead, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, our server also records your IP address, your browser user agent and the date and time of the submission. We record these strictly to prevent automated spam and abuse of the form, and for no other purpose.
2.3 What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or remarketing tags.
- We do not run third-party analytics such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
- We do not build advertising profiles about you.
- We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive categories of personal data through this website.
Please do not send us passwords, payment card details, or other confidential credentials through the contact form. It is not intended for that kind of information.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- Prepare and send you a proposal, scope or estimate you have asked for.
- Communicate with you about a project we are discussing or performing.
- Keep records of our business communications.
- Detect, prevent and investigate spam, fraud or abuse of our systems.
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
We will not add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you contacted us. If we ever offer a newsletter, it will require you to opt in separately.
4. Legal bases for processing
If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires us to identify a legal basis for processing your personal data, such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following:
- Steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract — you asked us to evaluate your project and respond.
- Our legitimate interests — operating and securing our website, preventing abuse, and keeping ordinary business records, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.
6. Where information is stored
Information submitted through this website is stored on servers operated on our behalf. Our infrastructure is located outside the United States, which means that if you are located in the United States or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in another country whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own jurisdiction.
By submitting information to us, you understand that it may be transferred and processed as described. We take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy wherever it is held.
Our website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive your IP address as a technical necessity of delivering them. We do not send Google any information you enter into our form.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping:
- Inquiries that do not become projects: generally up to 24 months, in case you return to us.
- Inquiries that become client relationships: for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations.
- Anti-abuse records (IP address, user agent, timestamp): generally up to 12 months.
You may ask us to delete your information sooner. See section 9.
8. How we protect it
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:
- Encryption in transit — the entire site is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate.
- Access restricted to personnel who need it to do their work.
- Server-side validation, rate limiting and automated abuse controls on our form.
- Regular security updates to our server software.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information to us at your own risk.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability — request a copy in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Objection or restriction — object to or limit certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
To exercise any right, email contact@kingshopia.com from the address you contacted us with, or tell us enough that we can locate your record. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, to protect you from someone else making a request in your name.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your information properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to address it with you first.
10. Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Cookies and Do Not Track
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. For details, see our Cookies & Tracking Notice.
Because we do not track visitors across websites, "Do Not Track" browser signals do not change how this site behaves — there is nothing for them to turn off.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a material change to how we handle information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email where we have your address.
Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
13. How to contact us
For any privacy question, request or complaint, write to contact@kingshopia.com, or by mail to the registered address below. Please write "Privacy" in the subject line so we route it correctly.
