Cookies & Tracking Notice

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. They can be useful — remembering a login, for example — but they are also the main way companies follow people from site to site to build advertising profiles.

2. Cookies this site sets

There is no login, no shopping cart, and no personalization on this site, so there is nothing that requires storing state in your browser. If that ever changes, we will update this notice before it does, and add any consent mechanism the law requires.

3. What we deliberately do not use

We want to be specific, because "we value your privacy" means nothing on its own:

• No Google Analytics or any other analytics platform.
• No Meta Pixel, Facebook or Instagram conversion tracking.
• No advertising or remarketing tags of any kind.
• No session recording, heatmaps or mouse-movement tracking.
• No fingerprinting or cross-site identity resolution.
• No data brokers and no sale or sharing of visitor data.

This means we genuinely do not know how many people visit this site or which pages they read. We accept that trade-off.

4. Third-party resources we load

The site loads exactly one external resource:

Google Fonts does not set cookies when serving font files. However, because your browser must connect to Google's servers to download them, Google necessarily receives your IP address. That connection is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. We send Google nothing that you type into our form.

Links on our site to Instagram, Facebook and novarydynamics.com only take effect if you click them. We do not embed their tracking code.

5. Server logs

Like essentially every web server, ours keeps standard technical logs of requests it receives. When you submit our contact form, we also record your IP address, browser user agent and a timestamp alongside your message, purely to prevent spam and abuse. This is described in our Privacy Policy. It is not used to profile you or to track you across other websites.

6. How to control cookies anyway

Even though we do not set any, you remain in full control of your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and restrict third-party requests:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
• Safari: Settings → Privacy
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking third-party requests may prevent our typefaces from loading. The site will still work and remain fully readable — it will simply fall back to a standard system font.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track visitors across websites and do not sell or share personal information, "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how this site behaves. There is nothing for them to switch off. We honor the intent behind those signals by default.

8. Changes to this notice

If we ever add cookies or any tracking technology, we will update this notice, revise the "Last updated" date, and implement whatever consent mechanism applicable law requires before that technology goes live.
